I am so grateful for George. We had a disaster situation after another locksmith company in town messed up 3 of our doors' hardware in the process of a simple rekeying. George was prompt, patient, hardworking, and SO SO nice. This was not an easy fix, and he really took the time to diagnose the problem and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the job. His prices were competitive and I definitely recommend calling him for any of your locksmith needs. He clearly puts the customer first and is a person of character. We learned the hard way that locksmiths can really mess up a job, but fortunately we had George to help clean things up. Thank you, George.

I locked myself out of my apartment. James was the only person to answer my call on a Friday night. He arrived faster than I expected. The process to open my apartment took no more than 15 minutes. I was able to pay with credit card. Amazing service and I was extremely grateful to have found this company!!!

Very professional, no surprises with the price, and it was accomplished quickly. I'll be sure tell our family and friends in the area about this business. Highly recommended!

Called these folks to help change locks on my parents' new home based on the positive experience I had when I moved to a new home several years ago. Service was punctual and professional. They worked to understand what lock systems were needed for a move-in and recommended solutions that were secure and cost effective.Overall, this is probably the best locksmith experience I have had, considering the value, service, and price! Thanks again to James and team.

AMAZING doesn't even come close to the service and pricing they are offering. Include, integrity, honesty, quality work and speed, and George will be my "go to" forever! Being new in town, and a new home owner, I called around to a handful of locksmiths (on google and referrals too) last week and George was the only one who got back to me immediately. He arrived on time, assessed the locks, discussed my options and got right to work. He explained absolutely everything he was doing, showed me the parts in the boxes confirming everything was brand new, and kindly answered any questions I had. Never once did he try to "up sell" me either. George even caught a "patch" a previous locksmith had done and he fixed it no questions asked. Having a locksmith out to your home requires a lot of trust and George immediately put me at ease. His word is his word and integrity and character go a long way in my book! I'll be a customer for life.

I called them to have 3 locks rekeyed. The service, expertise, customer service, promptness and work were so excellent that I also had another 5 locks done! James was very friendly and definitely an expert locksmith. No matter what I asked, he made it happen with a smile! Their price was also very reasonable. I had an locksmith(super lock smith inc ) come out because I had lost my keys , this locksmith took for ever to come to my location and kept pushing back his time of arrival. When he got there he worked on my car for hours and did not solve my problem! he made me a key that only worked one way and did not start my car it only worked for the car door he suggested I take it to the dealership and we all know dealership work cost an arm and a leg . This company (super locksmith inc ) charged me 165 dollars and did not get the job done. I was about to give up but I decided to go online to search once more for an locksmith that's when I came across Locksmith Brothers (best thing that ever happened ) . The tech (George) was very nice and sincere and showed that he care about customers. He arrived on time and figured out that my keys was mad incorrectly from the other lock smith. it was freezing out side but he took his time to try and figure out what was wrong . He got the job done in less then an hour ! my angel sent from heaven very thankful for this company and will recommend using their services. Thank you so much.

I was locked out of my house with no way to enter. Called many different locksmiths but Locksmith Brothers was the first to respond. Within one hour the service man, James, arrived and immediately went to work and within 10 minutes I was back in my house. Thank you James.

My husband and I had them come to our home today to change our locks and he was wonderful. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He was early which was great and he worked quickly. He was so very friendly and knowledgeable about his work. It is obvious that the people at Locksmith Brothers truly care about the service thats provided and always wants to satisfy the customers. James was wonderful, would definitely recommend.

Great, timely service! Even offered to come early. They rekeyed 2 locks, installed a new door handle and a dead bolt. Very proffesional friendly and efficient company. Would definitely recommend Locksmith Brothers and call again if needed. Thank you James.
